EireneEduCloud is supplied by Eirene Technologies Limited for the ICTA Grade 9 Interactive Digital Content procurement (for delivery to KICD) under the Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project (KDEAP, World Bank/IDA financed). It delivers 112 interactive lessons and over 1,740 quiz questions (at least 14 per lesson) across all 10 Grade 9 learning areas, with full strand coverage authored from the official KICD Grade 9 content — every lesson carrying text, video, audio, a concept animation, an interactive game and images. It runs in two modes: a rich online experience and a fully self-contained offline package per lot. The platform meets the technical, pedagogical and statutory requirements of the tender as summarised below.
